Ascend Tutoring Systems is a one-on-one in-home tutoring service.
At Ascend, we provide tutoring for grades k-8 in both Language Arts and Mathmatics.
Our tutors are local certified teachers, or maintain a minimum of 60 hours of college credit with at least one years experience providing instruction or programming for youth. We screen all of our tutors to ensure that we are making a positive match between tutor and student.
We pre-test and post-test every student to identify specific area's of focus as well as identifying improvement at the conclusion of tutoring.
Our curriculum is outstanding! We specialize in identifying area's of needed improvement with your child. We project improvements of 10-20% over a period 30 hours of tutoring. We work to ensure that our curriculum lines up with the specific district curriculum that your child is currently addressing in the classroom.
Our tutors come directly to your home at times that are arranged between the family and the tutor. You will not have a need to drop-off or pick-up your child for services.
We provide a monthly progress report to every parent and teacher identifying area's of improvement as well as area's of needed improvement.
We are run by local teachers from your child's very own school district, no big national companies to deal with leaving messages and never getting return calls.
